At our headquarters in Schrobenhausen, we develop, manufacture, and distribute top-quality inductive components. From custom-made products based on specific requirements to large-scale production, we tailor our manufacturing to meet every need. Our in-house tool and mold making facilities enable us to meet virtually any customer-specific requirement. To do this, we regularly need qualified personnel who can support us with their expertise.

Your Responsibilities – What You Can Expect from Us:

  • Sales activities and providing support to the Sales Manager in both business and technical matters
  • Proactive support in acquiring new customers, as well as active lead and opportunity management
  • Conducting and evaluating market and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities
  • Creating presentations and decision-making documents based on sales-specific KPIs
  • Planning, organizing, and following up on sales and customer events (e.g., trade shows, customer visits), as well as participating in customer visits
  • Order entry and processing, as well as customer relationship management
  • Calculation, preparation, and tracking of quotes, including checking material inventory and coordinating prices
  • Support in maintaining and developing customer relationships, as well as providing after-sales service to increase customer loyalty
  • Contributing to the optimization of sales processes
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering as a central point of contact

Your Profile – What You Bring to the Table:

  • Completed business and/or technical training or a comparable college degree (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering)
  • Experience in sales or a similar position
  • Ideally, experience in planning, executing, and managing customer orders
  • Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, CRM and ERP systems (preferably abas)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level); knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
  • Willingness to Travel
  • A structured, independent, and reliable work style
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented and customer-focused

Here’s what you’ll learn with us:

You’ll gain experience across our technical divisions and departments, allowing you not only to get to know the entire company but also to become a specialist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment and systems. You’ll learn to analyze and test electrical functions and systems, as well as to process, connect, and assemble mechanical components and electrical equipment. As you support our teams in their day-to-day tasks and projects, you’ll gain insight into all manufacturing processes and production workflows. There, for example, you’ll be involved in the manufacturing and assembly of various components or in quality assurance. In addition to your hands-on training at the company, you’ll attend vocational school in Ingolstadt or Pfaffenhofen. Once you have acquired all the necessary knowledge and skills, you will take the final exam administered by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) at the end of your two-year apprenticeship and have the opportunity to be offered a permanent position.
